1) DOES CHERRYCHEW.COM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? IS IT FREE?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and it's FREE for ALL orders! There are select countries that we may not be able to ship to. If this is the case, we will contact you.

 

2) HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS TAKE?

You will receive your parcel in approximately 1-3 weeks. In rare cases, it can take up to 4 weeks.

  • ** Due to the current circumstances regarding COVID-19, the delivery timeframe for your parcel has been extended to an extra 3 weeks.
  • We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders.

Shipping varies by location and the weight and size of your order.

It typically takes under 7 business days for us to ship out, and then a 1-2 weeks for your parcel to be delivered. After you place an order, there is a 2-5 day processing time. Each item has their own processing time. During this period, we are preparing your order directly from our fulfillment center(s) located in Asia. Some products are shipped from the United States.

** Please note that accessories take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to the final destination.

3) WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship directly from our partnered manufacturers / suppliers that are based in Asia. Your parcels will be shipped through ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. 

 

4) I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE REST OF IT?

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

1) Items are in different warehouses

2) Different item preparing time

3) Weight limit of custom or courier

You will receive an email notification when each parcel is shipped. You can check how the order was divided by clicking "Track My Order" on the Cherry Chew website!

* NOTE: Please be advised that accessories and jewelry may take up to 20-30 days to arrive to its final destination. 

5) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER WITHIN THE PROMISED TIMEFRAME, WHY?

Some orders may experience shipping delays due to local holidays, weather conditions, and customs issues. Please be patient in waiting for your parcel to arrive. 

NOTE: During the Asian Lunar New Year / Spring Festival season (JAN 25 - FEB 8), parcels experience a high chance of getting delayed.

 The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

6) HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Click on "TRACK MY ORDER" in the top right corner of the page and enter your email and order #. This is a simple and easy way to check the tracking status of multiple packages within your order all at once!

Another way to check is through 17track.net/en or global.cainiao.com! Tracking information may take a few days to process into the digital system. Please go through each tracking website or option to see which option caters to you the best. Also, make sure to select the language you prefer to translate the tracking information!

It is recommended to use 17track.net/en for packages that have been shipped with carriers like ePacket or China Post for accurate and timeliness tracking updates.
